Shipping Policy

All items ship from Perth, Australia.

Domestic Orders
Domestic shipping Australia-wide is via Australia Post. Postage is calculated by weight, starting at $10. Tracking is provided for all Australia Post parcels.

International Orders
International orders are accepted, however individual postage must be calculated upon an order being placed. 

Processing Time:
Please allow 2-3 business days processing time for your order to be packed and ready for shipment.

Estimated delivery times:
5-8 business days Australia
5-10 business days New Zealand
14-21 business days All other countries

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on your location and local postage provider.

Three Morrigna doesn’t take responsibility for lost packages, however we will follow up with Australia Post should this occur.

Returns & Refund Policy

We DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges based on change of mind so please think carefully before ordering.

We do not usually accept order cancellations, once an order is placed, it is final. However, please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have regarding your order as soon as possible.

If an international customer has purchased goods that customs prohibits shipping, then a full refund will be issued in this case.

If your item arrives damaged or defective*, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ship items back within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement of the same item or to the same value of the item. If this isn’t possible we will arrange a partial/full refund (less shipping) depending on the nature/severity of the defective item/s.

Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of a major fault/defect as per Australian Consumer Law.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

*Damaged and defective items are determined at our discretion and we will require photo evidence to complete the refund or replacement process.
