Fakebusters: Glow in the Dark Calcite

So, Fakebusters, this is a doooozy of a fake for you. This egg is sold as glow in the dark calcite.

It was also sold by a certain famous crystal healer at one point as the trademarked stone "Luminite". A magical stone with the ability to glow incredibly brightly in the dark.

Now there are some natural crystals that glow in the dark, mostly those containing uranium, and other radioactive elements.

However... 

This famous crystal seller got stung when their glowing, trade marked sphere got chipped, and under that chip there was no glow, at all. Sure enough, it was a fake. They are painting ordinary quartz, calcite or glass spheres with glow in the dark paint, putting on a sealant and marketing it as a magical glow in the dark crystal.
